Freelancer: UI/UX Designer (m/f/x)

Your key project tasks:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will partner with product managers, product owners, and developers to transform visions into beautiful, intuitive and engaging UI designs. The assignment essentially includes the following topics:

• Your passion for user experience will ensure our solutions deliver maximum value to the people who rely on them.

• Your ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams will enable you to align customer visions with development realities.

• Your love for beautiful design will elevate our UIs, transforming them into inspiring and immersive experiences.

• You’ll engage with stakeholders to uncover and document goals, pain points, and opportunities.

• You’ll develop and validate detailed personas and user journeys to guide design strategy.

• You’ll design, present, and iterate on high- and low-fidelity UI layouts and interactive prototypes.

• You’ll refine and expand UI design patterns to enhance consistency, usability, and visual aesthetics.

• You’ll contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system and its components.

• You’ll collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and refinement.

• You’ll plan, conduct, and analyse usability testing to inform design improvement.

Your qualifications:

• You have experience with running workshops, discovery sessions, and validation meetings.

• You are familiar with user research, persona development, and user journey mapping tools and techniques.

• You seek to improve continuously and find opportunities to enhance user satisfaction.

• You have a solid expertise in creating and presenting interactive prototypes for stakeholder validation.

• You demonstrate curiosity about AI and its potential to enhance UX/UI design, with a willingness to explore and integrate AI-driven solutions.

• You have exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and aesthetics.

• You understand accessibility standards and UI technologies, including HTML and CSS.

• You possess excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and graphic abilities.

• You are familiar with usability testing processes and translating findings into actionable design changes.
