Junior Software Engineer (m/f/x)

8141 Premstätten | Full-time (38,5h/week) or Part-time (min. 20h/week) | Immediate Start | Hybrid

What you’ll be doing:

• Your code will be deployed to our worldwide used cloud-based enterprise solutions.

• You’ll play an active role in all aspects of the software engineering life cycle, from design to implementation, quality assurance and defect fixing.

• You’ll implement innovative software solutions in Java and Typescript using Spring, React or NodeJs.

• You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology stacks based on cloud native technologies (K8S or serverless)

• You'll be using state of the art cloud-based infrastructure (CI/CD, code analysis, monitoring…).

• You’ll be warmly welcomed as a member of an agile team consisting of highly skilled software enthusiasts.

What you bring to the role:

• You have a completed or ongoing IT education (HTL, FH, TU in Software Engineering, Software Design, Cloud Computing, eHealth, Data Science, Information and Computer Engineering or similar) or gained comparable IT skills as a self-learner.

• You have knowledge and/or (first) professional experience in software development with Java and/or TypeScript.

• You understand the concept of persistence technologies (e.g. relational databases, ElasticSearch…).

• You are a quick learner and interested in continuously augmenting your skills.

• You like to work with others, proactively bring in your ideas and are open for constructive feedback.

• You work independently, but keen network and know when it's time to fall back on it.

• You have good communication skills in English (verbal and written). German would be an asset.
